At Kaku Kayak, we want you to love your fashion-forward apparel as much as the journey itself. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in new, sellable condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
